Introduction and Complimentary 30-Minute Meeting
This initial discussion sets the stage for understanding what's working well for you, what challenges you face, opportunities you’re wanting to explore and how your organisation would look if it was working just right.
At the end of the introductory meeting we’ll agree on three outcomes:
1. Either we’re a good fit or other services would be more suitable at this time.
2. Working together is a natural next step.
3. The priorities we will work on.
You’ll receive a summary of our discussion, a plan for our work together and your investment.
Fees vary depending on how we agree to work together, who in your leadership team joins us, and the time frame we are working around.
As all work is tailored there is no hourly rate.

What your plan might consist of…
Plan 1: Above Board Review
Leadership & Organization Exploration
3 x 1-hour sessions over 30 days
This phase aims to bring clarity to the challenges and opportunities that we’ve agreed to address. We’ll unpack your ideas or problems until we can go no further. We’ll then build back up again to target opportunities for problem solving and innovation.
You’ll have preparation and follow up work for each session. You’ll also have unlimited access to Cheryl via phone and email. The result will be a summary of recommendations and processes moving forward.
Plan 2: Visioning With Clarity
Detailed Process Development
4 x Full Day sessions or 8 x Half Day sessions over 60 days with unlimited phone and email support.
Cheryl collaborates with you to craft and lead a comprehensive strategy, aligned with the recommendations from Phase 1. We may choose to selected team members. We might also agree to involve the board for some sessions. You’ll have preparation and follow up work for each session. You’ll conclude with various paths to lead and carry out your balanced and reasonable vision and strategy.
Delegation & Continuing Professional Development (CPD) is usually a key part of this phase.
Plan 3: Stay The Course
Implementation Support
You’ll have unlimited support by phone, zoom and email for 90 days. This period is crucial for your implementation phase. You’ll be leading change and we know things won’t always go to plan. That said, no problem will be too difficult to resolve and every opportunity will be harnessed. This isn’t a consultancy arrangement; it's a trusted professional relationship dedicated to realising your vision, strengthening performance and turning best practice into better practice for better educational outcomes.
